Southworth PC Hiring Remote Attorneys for Federal Practice
If you’re an attorney with courtroom fire and a heart for public service, Southworth PC invites you to consider joining our team. We are expanding to hire two, possibly three, remote attorneys to strengthen the legal shield we provide for federal employees nationwide.
Who We’re Looking For
We want lawyers who are:

Smart, hungry, and humble. Your credentials matter, but your mindset matters more.

Experienced in federal practice. If you’ve litigated MSPB appeals, EEOC complaints, whistleblower retaliation claims, or RIF challenges, we want your expertise. Alternatively, if you’re a long-time federal employee with deep knowledge of federal employment systems and a burning desire to advocate for your peers, we welcome your application.
Whether you’re a seasoned litigator or a federal attorney dusting off your pink slip, what counts is your commitment to protecting those who keep our government running.
