The Fed Legal Help Insider — Coming Soon!
I know it’s been a tough stretch for a lot of folks across the federal community, but Lydia and I have been working on something we’re really excited to share.
We’ve been quietly building a brand-new podcast: The Fed Legal Help Insider — a space designed especially for federal employees who want to stay informed, centered, and empowered. We’re filming now and plan to launch later this year or early next.
This isn’t another dry policy show. It’s where your real life at work meets your legal rights, mindfulness, and growth. Each episode blends practical legal guidance with real stories from federal employees — plus tools you can actually use to handle stress, communicate better, and keep thriving even when things feel uncertain.
We’ll bring on guests who understand what it means to serve, to lead, and to keep showing up when the system feels heavy. You’ll also hear quick, research-backed mindfulness tips to help you stay grounded through the noise.
And a quick tease: we just wrapped our very first interview. Our first guest is someone who’s been helping Lydia and me behind the scenes with communication, leadership, and personal growth. Let’s just say… you’ve probably seen him on TV. You’ll recognize the voice the moment you hear it. Stay tuned — we’ll start sharing clips soon.
You're a Part of This
We’re adding a listener segment called “Ask Shaun and Lydia Anything.” It’s exactly what it sounds like — a chance to ask us about your rights, leadership, career challenges, or life as a public servant. We’ll read first names only and answer your questions live on the podcast.
Here’s how to help us get started:
👉 Visit fedlegalhelp.com/podcastsupport and tell us what topics matter most to you. Send your questions, your stories, or the issues you want us to unpack together.
The Fed Legal Help Insider is your space — built for federal employees, by people who care about federal employees.
Thanks for all you do. Take care of yourselves, and we’ll see you soon on the very first episode.
